osx network issue, help please!

Bump**** still cannot figure this out is there any way to delete the nvenet.kext that controls the ethernet card and replace it with a patched one?

Have you tried to set the IP address for the adapter manually using DHCP in network settings?

so did you get an ip address from the modem when it was connected directly to it?

try to change the mac address see if that helps.
