Method with using older MultiBeast version (6.3.1) worked.
I've applied disk utility fix permissions fixture after and my PC started normally.

My Motherboard is MSI Z77A-G41.

Hi worked for me with 6.5.1, had to go to sounds setting after and set internal speaker.

It is good to know that version 6.3.1 & 6.5.1 works as well.

Used Pacifist to extract HDA 887/888B (current) kext and HDAenabler kext from MultiBeast 6.1 and installed them using kext Wizard. Works like a charm.

It's weird that clover HDA patching does not work, though this should be a supported codec.

Thanks for the tutorial, using Multibeast 6.1 did the trick for me on my GA-H81M-D2V.

Strange. My Z77-DS3H is using ALC887/888b and Clover Audio injection works fine using Toledas ALC Clover injection.

Guys...
this guide was really helpful for me and I managed to (almost) get my audio working properly.

the only problem I've got now is that I can only hear from the left hand side of my headphones (I only use headphones as I'm in a office) did anyone else encountered the same problem ?

and could you help me to solve it ?

my motherboard is : Gigabyte H61M-DS2 DVI
and soundcard: Realtek ALC887
