I even reinstalled both OS. Is there a way to get this working? (SSD two partitions and two OS + HDD two partitions to store data)?

Make sure you disable EFI boot in the BIOS - change it to Legacy only.

Solved!

I had only Legacy in bios but "Upgrade bay" had a higher priority than SSD so that caused the problem. After that I repaired Windows 8.1 with USB stick and now if boots OK and both OS see every disk
I didn´t need to reinstall at all
