BTW Be extremely cautious with Hackintosh tools on a real Mac, a mistake can brick it.
Double check that you have selected the correct target location before you install anything.

So I have made progress after using the 2.0 flash drive and making some suggested changes to the clover config, but am now stuck at the pci build. Please see attached.

Try adding npci=0x3000 to your boot arguments.
