OS X 10.8.3 Update

Hey guys, just installed OSX 10.8.0 on my first hackintosh build. Do you guys recommend that I update to 10.8.3 before I use multi beast? Or should I use multi beast then update?

Installed update, and after every waking up from sleep, my video card crashed (GTX 660 Ti 2GB), so I updaded CUDA; so I now do have blackscreen after waking from sleep...

are there any solutions to this already?

I'm having some issues after updating to 10.8.3!

Apps crash randomly, specially iTunes!

It seems Mac users have also been experiencing the same problem with no solution or workaround up to now:

I do not recommend this update before cloning your drive!

By the way, if anyone find a solution, please let me know!
