I updated without any issues on Lenovo Z50-70! It was a smooth upgrade...

But don't update Clover version to 3642. You might not be able to boot into OSX!

Combo update worked fine. Trim stayed enabled.

Version: 346.03.15f01 of web driver crashing with adobe so wait until next update

Same for me and I have a real MacPro 3,1 with a GTX 980.
I hope they're going to be quick and make a new webdriver soon.

Honestly not sure - I seem to remember with earlier updates that there was issues sometimes with the app store, so I just always do the combo update. Old habit. Might not be necessary anymore.

The combo update can take any version of 10.11.x to 10.11.6.

Graphics not working either with HD530 nor web drive on GT 740, 10.11.6 messed up my setup real good, now having to roll back to 10.11.4
