OS Catalina Installer won't load from USB

Howdy

I have been running Mojave on this Hack since 2019 and now require software updates on various programs.
I have made another bootloader for Catalina but keep hitting this screen after the clover screen to boot from the new bootloader.

Any ideas would be very helpful.

Thank you for the tip. I hunted around on here for ages, I guess my search terms were not about the actual OS fault. I would have gone with Big Sur but couldn't find the Unibeast version for that, it stops at Catalina.
