there are not many success stories with AMD laptops

Best bet today is Intel 10th gen with UHD 620 or 630 iGPU. Will work quite easily
if Feartech's guide is followed.

Ok so I got macOS installed but when I go in the drive where I installed macOS it says “AppleHostUSBPort::interruptOccured overcurrent detected with port status 0x4000, localSimulatedInterrupts = 0x2000”

What do you mean by "when I go in the drive" ?

Where does it say that?

Is that from a Crash log?

If you have installed macOS is that an error line during boot?
