Here's the screenshot you requested.

You have a typo there :

The argument should be nvda_drv=1 not nvda_drv_vrl=1.
And definitely not using nv_disable=1 as that prevents the Nvidia drivers from loading.

Read the advice in Post #2 again.

The web drivers require NVRAM support so after making the changes you should clear NVRAM and restart.
if by "clear NVRAM and restart" you mean to shutdown, in the boot menu select reset NVRAM and then restart, I did just that, still nothing, but I'm gonna try and remove nv_disable and replace nvda_drv_vrl

Positively no chance of the web drivers working if you use the boot argument nv_disable=1.

IT WORKED! THANK YOU SO MUCH

One more question please, how do I make it match my screen resolution?

Remove both Nvidia Boot arguments they are not required. The new Nvidia entry will allow/enable the Nvidia Drivers to load.

Are you trying to get OC or macOS to match your screen resolution?

These are the options that I get in display preferences:
1600x900
1080p
720p

my resolution is 1440x900
what should I do to get my proper resolution
Ps: default for display is too large

Your HDMI to VGA adaptor may be responsible.
Try holding down the ALT key when you click on 'Scaled'.
