OpenCore 0.9.2 Blank Screen Install Catalina on Dell with Radeon 7950

Before attempting to install anything newer, I figured I'd install Catalina and get USB working first.

Everything proceeds OK with a UEFI boot (This machine is ancient so I have to do some fiddling to get it to UEFI boot) and I can choose the Catalina installer, boot continues but just after a message about Hardware Shim 2 the screen goes blank. Sometimes there are vertical pink lines. What I think is happening is that when the GPU kicks in something goes wrong.

Things I've tried are radpg=15, and plugging the monitor into another port. I've tried all the monitor ports with no success (2x mini DP, 1x DVI, 1x HDMI). I also tried legacy boot and regular boot.

I know this is a bit of an older machine, but it's still good and I'd love to have it working 100% in macOS.

Dell T3600 (in a Mac G5 Aluminum case)
16GB RAM
256GB SSD
Xeon E5-2667 v1
AMD Radeon 7950 Sapphire GPU (no iGPU)

For anyone who stumbles across this, I fixed my issue. All I had to do was look back to my old clover boot args, and copy over "npci=0x3000" which made the system properly display on the monitor with my Radeon 7950 GPU.
