Hello, i am creating a hackintosh for a friend of mine, everything is working flawless, except for the thing that i am only able to use the computer probably with the cpus=1 kernel flag, actually i am able to boot (without cpus=1), but when i login, the computer crashes, if i use cpus=1 there a no problems.

the computer of my friend has a asus p9x79 motherboard.

of course i want this kernel flag gone ,

need some help!

You could just add it to the boot.plist file. I'm not sure what effects having the cpus=1 has on the system. But if you just wanted it so you didn't have to type the boot flag then just add it to the boot.plist file in the Extra's folder.

I knew that already, the thing is if you use the bootflag cpus=1, the computer only uses one cpu, and of course you don't want that.
