Ohchang's build: Gigabyte Z590 Vision G + i7-10700K + AMD RX580

Good morning brothers .. Thanks for sharing
I need one if it's easy for you a USBPorts.kext
which has on HS01 + SS01 and off the SS04
Or please show me the easy way for me to make the correction.
Thanks
Hi, if you also installed Windows on your build, you can boot Windows without opencore and try this: https://github.com/USBToolBox/tool and copy the ports to your info.plist
I have successfully redone my own USB map using that tool. But do not believe the automatic USB2 - USB3 companion, do that manually...

I also do that for you, but I haven't test it. You can copy these to your USBPorts.kext/info.plist, but make sure to delete one more to have 15 ports

Thanks bro ..
i will try.. ;)

Has anyone tested BIOS F6 or F7b yet? Any issues? Be careful, there is no way back.

DL Link
  1. Major vulnerabilities updates, customers are strongly encouraged to update to this release at the earliest.
Credits to "Assaf Carlsbad and Itai Liba from SentinelOne"
  2. Introduce capsule BIOS support starting this version.
Customers will NOT be able to reverse to previous BIOS version due to major vulnerabilities concerns.
I am running F6 on the Z590 Aorus Ultra and things are OK. I have just started. I am working on a USB Map so BT will work. Tools have failed me so far... I have a working USB Map and sorted through a couple other issues. All is pretty stable . Thinking of moving to a newer BIOS version because the Boot Selection menu isn't showing my second NVMe.

Edit: Got macOS 12.3.1 up and running using this.

In a nutshell:
- Removed dk.e1000=0 boot arg
- Added F2158680 as device-id for the i225-V

Hi,

I've got the BIOS 7b and just couldn't get a clean sleep mode anymore.

After a long search and experimentation, I finally have a clean Z590 Hacki again.

I have provided the current EFI OC 0.8.1

I use the Titan Ridge with this configuration and everything works unexpectedly well.

In the BIOS I made the usual settings with standard settings, nothing more!

12.4 Beta (21F5058e)

Updated to 12.5 (EFI OC 0.8.2) no problems.

I have tryed Ventura Os (opencore 0.8.3) but on 13 minutes of installation its stoped an jumped in 18 minutes; then restart; and automatically it goes to Monterey 12.5 Recovery, sorry for my language, I hope its right and easy to understand.

Installed macOS 12.6 today, no problems. I'm on OpenCore 0.8.4.
