Thanks freituk, I would be interested in your results. I've order all the parts but the moboard today so it will be a week or so before I start building. Look forward to hearing how things go.

what case are you using with the micro ATX board out of curiousity?

thanks again,

I m going to use my old Thermateck mozart IP
http://thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1328&ID=1435

Its a big case... so i don't have any space problem. Thats why i said "a kind of hack mini"
Not sure if this micro ATX can fit on tonymac recommended case (i guess not :/)

My main factor to do this upgrade, to my old media center (hack with e6600), is the power consume. I can save more then 10 € mouth with sandy bridge. I have this machine running some server services 24/7 and ofc doing all the stuff with expected from media center .

You can build nice hack mini with micro atx. I just showing nomad9 another point of view.
Anyway my first post was response to first question, only read the other sreplays after publishing. Still nomad9 seems to be interested in my replay.. why you care Mate94?

Well Mate94, since I was asking your opinion that would be hard to read. But thanks anyway.

I mean I suggested the H61N-USB3. And your next comment was related only to the second part of my sentence.

Hi guyz!
What about this HDD:
2000Gb Seagate (ST2000DM001) 64Mb 7200rpm
Vendor claims that the technology "Advanced format" solves the problem of 4k to 512.
That true? or false?

please don't let one person be the voice of a whole community here.
99% of us here are very helpful and friendly, while some people may have a bad day, some just seem to have a bad day all the time lol
