Hello,

I just made a customac mini (i3-2105 / GA-H61N-USB3 / CORSAIR 8GB DDR3 ), and it works almost great !

When I use my Line Output, I have a very noisy sound (For example, I ear my hardrive). To have sound, I use "Built-In Output".
Is it "normal" ? Is there a fix ?

Have you checked the DSDT database?

clicking aand popping on the audio.....have you installed the ferrite ring????

I ear my harddrive in my speakers !
And I ear a lot of other noises, in my speakers, made by my computer.
Can I solve this ?

I will try all the audio motherboard connections to sure are correct.
Have you try audio under windows?

I've tried front and rear audio output: same problem.
I didn't try with windows (single boot)

I use my hack mini with VGA, thanks to pippox0:

Hi. If under windows the audio problems are presents, maybe it's a hardware problem (mobo or audio on case).

Does anybody in this thread have an Apple developer account and tried Mountain Lion on their CustoMac Mini? Just curious to see what we might be up against come this summer.
