Wow, I just updated to this new driver. Switching between apps is instant on Mac Pro 5,1 with NVIDIA 1070. No lag opening Adobe Premiere 2018 as before—excited to see if it fixed problems with Adobe 2018 CC apps.

NvidiaGraphicsFixup master branch info seems to confirm that lag workaround is now incorporated in the latest
30.106 Nvidia WebDriver distribution
I tried to removed NvidiaGraphicsFixup 1.2.5 and had no lag issue with 30.106 (reinstalled for HDMI audio need)

Damn. Unfortunately same issue for me with this new driver–broken OpenGL with dual video cards :(
...going back to patched *25.106

Thanks for the update , that saves me going through the driver update for nothing. 104 is still working fine here , no need for any other Kexts and workarounds.

Try it. But, before you do, read back a bunch of posts to see what others have done after updating to the ...30.106 driver.

I checked for them, they are only in the EFI backup directory's so you don't need them.

Webdriver 387.10.10.10.30.106 has been released, and it is working well on both of my hacks.

Why did you remove them?

Because they are no longer required with the new driver. I've always had issues with G-Sync not working properly. On the older drivers, enabling G-Sync would lock the entire display up after a couple seconds of being enabled.

On these new *.30.103 and latest *.30.106 drivers, I can enable G-Sync without the display locking up completely on me in the finder, but graphics don't work when trying to launch certain games, but work fine without G-Sync enabled (just without the benefits of G-Sync).

It's still probably a driver issue to be worked out over time. I can always boot into Windows if I wanted to play something with G-Sync enabled but having G-Sync fully working on macOS would make the driver perfect in my eyes.
