Hello everyone,
I'd like to buy a laptop that can run OS X. I understand that it won't be perfect etc. but I do have some questions on what to look for when buying. I am familiar with the list of best hackintosh laptops but am wondering what would work outside of that list and what specs to look for? Ex. if a laptop has the same processor as the probook series and basically the same specs, would said laptop be, for the most part, compatible?
I'm expecting to encounter problems along the way so thats not a huge issue with me. The only thing I'd prefer to work without much manipulation is wifi and sound. No ethernet, bluetooth, keyboard brightness adjustment etc. issues bother me.
As for a question on specific model:
My personal favorite that I've seen so far is this one: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+EN...&s_kwcid=PTC!pla!!!37678873159!g!!18463087999
...So I must ask the typical question: will this model work?
Thanks for any help that can be provided
