I have gotten almost everything working after a fresh install of ML. Sleep works fine, but when I wake the computer up it complains that all the USB drives were unplugged before being ejected. The USB 2.0 devices are able to be remounted without much effort, but USB 3.0 devices completely disappear. Unplugging and re-plugging them in does nothing. There is no record of them in Disk Utility. If no drives are plugged in and I wake the computer up, it will still not detect anything which suggests the problem is with the VIA USB 3.0 ports on the back of the mobo and not the drives themselves. The only way to get the USB 3.0 ports back is to restart the computer. I have seen others with similar problems on x68 boards, but with the USB 2.0 ports, they say you can just unplug them and plug them back in to get them to register, but like I said, this does nothing for me.
