not sure, i don't have the same hardware or never used HD4000 graphics before

maybe look into injecting EDID or try using the hackintool to see if that will help:

Can the problem be related to a boot flag?

I use these boot flags:

dart=0
slide=0
nv_disable=1

I changed the ig-platform-id with 04006601 and it booted but still the graphic with 7MB
I looked for the AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext info plist and found that IOPCIPrimaryMatch is 0x01628086 and 0x01668086
I tried even those ids in ig-platform and nothing.

have a search around the forums for hd4000 laptop and see how other's have got it to work
