So i will just install again the OS in a new partition without running PBICE and boot with my current EFI partition to that?

Yes. You will need to run ./download.sh and ./install_downloads.sh to install the kexts to that new partition.

Make sure your USB is created according to the guide.

Alright, i will so it. One last question, how can i have SIP enabled without breaking the boot of OS? (If i set SIP disabled 0x0 or semi-disabled 0x3, the "stop" sign appears at Apple logo)

The guide plists have the correct settings in RtVariables for disabling SIP.

Enabling SIP is not recommended.
