No option for WIFI under network preferences.

Hey guys, I am having an issue with wifi. Just installed high Sierra yesterday on a separate hard drive, and there is no wifi option in the status bar nor can I add it in network preferences. terminal says that I can't turn on wifi since network services are disabled. here is a photo above of my status bar, networks settings, and terminal. Right now I am tethered through my phone which will only be temporary because it will use a lot of data. All help is appreciated, thanks.
