My original install was on a slow 500gb spinning rust and I moved it to a 240gb ssd. It works just fine if I boot into it using my clover install USB but I cannot get it to boot standalone. The EFI partition still has all of the data. I just don't get the boot option for it.

Edit: I used Carbon Copy Cloner

Mount the EFI Partition of your 500GB HD.
Mount the EFI Partition of your 240GB SSD.
Copy the entire EFI folder from the EFI partition of the 500GB HD to the EFI Partition of the 240GB SSD.

Copy the EFI folder from your USB flash drive.
