Where are the USBInjectAll.kext, RealtekRTL8111.kext, etc., installed?
Copy Other/realtekALC.kext to the same location as the other non native kexts.

I copied from /EFI/CLOVER/kext/Other/realtekALC.kext to /System/Library/Extensions
I choose /Library/Extension because inside on this directory was already present
USBInjectAll.kext and RealtekRTL8111.kext as described from you.

I removed realtekALC.kext from /Library/Extension
Then I downloaded KextBeast and installed it following the procedure.
After the installation I rebooted

Always only Soundflower speakers in system preferences -> audio

There is some other operation to do after the installation of KextBeast?
