No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Installed method (3) in Yosemite and then method (1) in El Capitan
1. Method (1) on top of method (3), no audio.

Use one method; remove installed method before installing a second method.
Yosemite config.plist patches do not work in El Capitan.
Fix:
Remove config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KernelAndKextPatches/Item 1 and Item 2
Reply with new files.

I hope I did this right. I couldnt find a second "KernelAndKextPatches" under "KernelAndKextPatches"

Do you possibly mean config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextToPatch/Item 0 ?

I am not finding a KernaelAndKextPatch nested inside of a KernelAndKextPatches.

So I did a bit of digging around and here is what I did. I went to config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextToPatch

under that tree I deleted <string>t1-AppleHDA/Resources/xml&gt;zml</string>

rebooted, and all my audio stuff was was there. Selected an audio source and now I have sound.

Thank you for all of your help and patience. Sorry I was difficult to work with as I am new to clover and editing these config files.

Hi!
I´m noob in hackintosh, but I have El Capitan working... without sound.
I´ve read and read your posts, and I realized that there is no AppleHDA.kext in S/L/E
I´ve tried to reinstall from USB, but again there is no applehda.kext... how can I get it, so audio_clover will work?

wandooman, I already told you what to post to this thread for help. If you've already forgotten maybe you should take a look at your thread http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/177426-no-sound-devices.html, where I told you to respond to this thread with ALL "Problem Reporting" files listed in post#1 of this thread.

Then follow the Problem Reporting section in the 2nd thread I linked you, and post to that thread with ALL of the Problem Reporting files... If you want help, make sure to follow that section exactly as toleda has listed and provide ALL ​of the files

Asking "please help" without doing your part isn't going to get you any..
