No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

Anyone else?
The issue is very strange, I can either get the nvidia drivers working or the audio ones. Can't seem to be both of them loaded at the same time.

Installed multiple 1220 audio methods and multiple HDMI audio methods. Remove all installed audio methods and restart.
Install one 1220 method, reply with new files.

    1. OS X = 10.13.4
    2. Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming
    3. BIOS version = F7
    4. Processor = 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7
  3. Procedure/Guide Used
    1. Multibeast (didn't restart before audio though)
  4. Copy of IOReg - IOReg_v2.1/File/Save a Copy As…, verify file [DONE]
  5. Terminal/diskutil list - attach Terminal output [DONE]
  6. Installed S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext (10.11 and newer, search: show hidden files) ATTACHED
  7. Screen shots [ALL 4 ATTACHED]
    1. DPCIManager/Status
    2. System Information/Hardware/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio (not Devices)
    3. System Preferences/Sound/Input
    4. System Preferences/Sound/Output

      4.00 GHz Intel Core i7

    1. Multibeast (restart, build, restart, build another one, as per suggested, ok in last update, but not this one)
