No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

Try the 2nd Line Out/Black port
I went to do this and have now lost all my audio outputs again...Nothing has changed since though. Is there anything I should try now?

I had thought about whether or not the DSDT was working correctly?

Does this mean losing all my previous files?
Select the current system drive for the install, user files are not touched.
2nd choice, new partition, clean install, Migration Assistant.

  1. Description of audio problem:
    No sound device.
  2. OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics:
    10.13.1/Supermicro MBD-C7Z170-SQ/2.08a/i7 7700k/Nvidia 1080TI

  3. Procedure/Guide Used:
audio_cloverALC-130.sh. Sound worked up until yesterday. The machine went to sleep and as it woke up the sound was very low. To resolve this I restarted, but upon restarting there were no sound devices present. Odds are I did something stupid that wasn't tested before this boot, it seems odd that a sleep caused the problem. :(

  4. Copy of IOReg - IOReg_v2.1/File/Save a Copy As…, verify file (Tools 2.):
    Attached.

  5. Copy Of Console/All Messages (last boot)/File/Save a Copy As..
Console seems to not have a last boot filter or "Save a copy As" any more?

  6. Installed S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext
    Attached.

  7. Screen shots:
    1. DPCIManager/Status (Tools 3.)
      Attached.
    2. System Information/Hardware/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio (not Devices)
No Intel High Definition Audio exists. Attached screenshot.
    3. System Preferences/Sound/Input
      Attached.
    4. System Preferences/Sound/Output
      Attached.
  8. Terminal/Shell/Export Test As. . . (if script used)
    1. audio_cloverALC-x0.command
      Attached.
  9. Clover
    1. EFI/CLOVER/config.plist
      Attached.
    2. DPCIManager/Misc/Boot Log (Tools 3.)
      Attached.
    3. EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/Patched/dsdt.aml (if installed)
      None found.
    4. EFI/CLOVER/ACP/Patched/ssdt(s).aml (if installed)
      None found.
  10. Put all files in a folder, compress and attach to Post
    Done.

I have completed a successful install of 10.13.1, on HFS+. Then I run Multibeast 10, with SIP disabled (0x67) and install drivers (ALC 892) / Clover/USB etc.
When I reboot all audio devices are present. When I re-enable SIP (0x0) and reboot the audio devices have gone. If I disable SIP (0x67) again, and reboot, audio devices are present again. And so on........
I don't know where to start, to try and solve this, any suggestions much appreciated, thanks!

Ill try the first option initially, if doing the second option, what partition would I make and is there a chance that partition could begin o delete content?

Having tried the first method, I have found that the installer gets stalled on kext stalled (240s) Apple ACPICPU
Is this due to having moved kexts into the S/L/E and/or L/E folder?

No sound device
do not see anything wrong
Rebuild kernel cache, Terminal: sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /
Terminal/Shell/Export Text As...
Restart, reply with Terminal Output and all Problem Reporting files.

Disk Utility/Use + to add partition, no existing data removed

What kexts?
