I have trouble with HDMI audio device not showing up on Sound Preferences, though sometimes Internal speaker works fine.

OS X: 10.13
Mobo: GA-Z270P-D3 (v.F5) --> Realtek 887
CPU: Intel i7 7700K
GPU: Onboard HD 630
Monitor: LG 34UC98-W (connect with HDMI)

I have already tried many solutions
- Use AppleALC.kext, has sound on Internal speaker but no HDMI device
- Use Multibeast 9 to install Realtek audio by checking "ALC887/888b" and "100/200 Series Audio"
- Use cloverALC by running audio_cloverALC-130_v0.3.command, internal speaker sound not working
- Try to use FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext but no HDMI device shows up, so I already removed it.
- Run command audio_cloverHDMI-130.command and successfully patch config.plist but after restart, still no hdmi audio device

I'm really running out of idea on how to fix it. Please help.

Do not remove config.plist/Devices or KextsToPatch/HDMI Audio
It is not necessary to remove AppleHDA.kext/.../.zml files (cloverALC)

I'll do that now, how has this happened after it not installing pinconfigs when I had tried the cloverALC method?

And also just double checking, I'm meant to remove the cloverALC right?

Because its only started to work once the appleALC was installed?

Don't know what happened. No pinconfigs remains the reason for no audio devices.
