Hi there,

This is the first time my husband and I are building a Hackintosh. We bought all new parts from the Buyer's Guide, mixing and matching the parts to match the specs/price that we needed. When installing, we get through the Apple logo & load bar, we formatted the SSD and started installing Mojave. Our screen gets stuck at "About two minutes remaining." We have tried restarting it and booting from the SSD in Clover where it gets stuck at "15 minutes remaining." We've looked through lots of forums but none have helped this particular part. Thanks for any help!

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v) and Don't reboot on panic (debug=0x100)

We booted it up in Verbose Mode and it didn't crash. We made it to the Install macOS Mojave screen where it gets stuck on "about two minutes remaining." I am uploading the code Verbose before we hit this screen.

The following instructions are for another brand (Gigabyte Motherboard) but they will apply to your installation as well. If F12 is not your BIOS boot menu key you should press whatever that is on your Asus motherboard. These instructions are excerpted from CaseySJ's Gigabyte Z390 User build. Your last photo attached corresponds to step #7 below.

While on Phase 1, we did not receive an error message: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY. We rebooted the machine and started Phase 2 and still did not receive an error message. We then restarted it again per the instructions and it is still getting stuck at 15 minutes remaining. We have not seen a graceful restart message.

It's not important whether you see that specific error message. How long are you waiting when you see the 15 minutes remaining message ? Here's another thing to try. Mount the EFI partition of your Unibeast USB installer and add the two kexts attached below to the EFI/Clover/kexts/other folder. Try booting again from USB installer and see how far you get.

We have waited at least 15 minutes. We tried to restart it again and it went back to the same screen that says "About 15 minus remaining". We have added the USBInjectAll fill already but we will try adding the second file you recomend. Should we start all the steps over again after we have added the second .kexts file?

Also try this: Back up your current USB config.plist to a folder on the desktop. Now delete the USB config.plist then drop the attached one into your Clover folder on the USB drive. Try booting again from various USB ports till you find one that will work.

Sorry, attached wrong config.plist. Try this attached one instead.
