New Install Getting Stuck at Boot

Is there a solution for this? I am stuck with this problem.

Already did that and didn't worked. Still stuck on the 80ish %.

That's not necessary, you can use the Intel HD Graphics 530

Yeah, I tried updating the plist with:

<string>0x19120000</string>

-and confirmed:

<dict>

</dict>

Still stalling at about 80-85%, not sure where to go next, been digging around the forums but not sure yet.
