Question About:
OCAT > Platform info > SystemProductName.
Has anyone else noticed a significant difference in switching Platform info
from:
MacPro7,1 Intel Xeon W-3245M CPU @ 3.20 GHz
to:
iMacPro1,1 Intel Xeon W-2140B CPU @ 3.20 GHz
before I get wild and start changing a bunch of Bios stuff & wondering why crashes happen....
I just
left Bios setting at on stock setting, default (Load optimized Defaults) Vt-D enabled, xmp off.

May not be much, but 500 points is 500 points ?eh?

By all means this build is not the latest, greatest, full spec rocket..
but it's no slouch either.! for what I do, it's 3x more than I need.
I do some video editing, work with photoshop, illustrator, some light cad work
Priority #1 Goal: To get over 30,000 in CenebenchR23
Priority #2 Goal: To get over 14,000 in Geekbench
Priority #3 Goal: To get the bios updated and tweaked,
and oh... maybe make sleep work & rest of the system stable
( FACTOID: MacPro7,1 and iMacPro1,1
the only two SMBIOS that allow for dGPU to handle workload including
background rendering and other tasks the iGPU would handle. )
