So, is it fine for me to move all 4 kexts I consulted at this moment to /Library/Extensions?
(I just worry that some kexts may have to put into SLE.)

I recommend all kexts you need be installed to the system volume.
Kext injection from EFI/Clover/kexts is only for when there is no other option.

Sorry I was asking not the difference between "installing to system volume" and "installing to clover".
I was asking whether the following 4 kexts are absolutely fine to move from /System/Library/Extensions to /Library/Extensions:

BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext
FakePCIID.kext

Update: I tested and found they work. Couldn't figure out why someone told me that they have to be put under /System/Library/Extensions.

With SIP disabled, there is absolutely no difference between installing a kext to /S/L/E vs. /L/E.
