yes there is, if you have created a ssdt for your usb ports then you still need USBInjectAll.kextthere is certainly a misunderstanding here. I refer to the first post of this thread, i.e. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/native-usb-2-0-usb-3-0-on-skylake.202787/
I am aware of the guide you link to, but that's not the approach I followed to have native 15 ports limit.
