You need ps2 drivers in order to use your built-in keyboard/trackpad. You should choose drivers appropriate to your trackpad hardware.

I've already installed my appropriate driver (élan emlydinesh) in S/L/E then why must i have VoodooPS2Controller.kext in Clover/Kexts folder? is it "essential" for booting recovery?

I install all my kexts to /S/L/E. And I place essential kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts for booting Recovery and/or the OS X installer.
What are essential kexts? i thing FakeSmc.kext and what other?

You don't. You need only the PS2 drivers appropriate for your hardware. If you wish to use your keyboard or trackpad in installation/recovery then you should have it also in Clover/kexts. Technically, it is not "essential" as you could always use a USB keyboard/mouse.

Technically, FakeSMC.kext is the only "essential" kext.
