Well, i got the same error so i tried to remove IOUSBAttachedSCSI.kext but it is not existing in /System/Library/Extensions..

Do i need to reinstall Mountain Lion? I wouldn't rather ^^

You are not looking in /System/Library/Extensions…you are looking in /Library/Extensions

What happens when you run the two "kextcache' commands again?

Other than that, I can only suggest a reinstall.

Now it is the CSRHIDTransitionDriver.kext which is hidden inside the IOBluetoothFamily.kext.

Go to /System/Library/Extensions and find the IOBluetoothFamily.kext. Right-click on it and select "Show Package Contents". Open the Contents folder and the Plugins folder. Find and delete the CSRHIDTransitionDriver.kext.

Thanks a lot it's working now.

I got an other problem but with my Windows 8, i can't boot with AHCI mode ON, so i modified registry keys with the right value (0) to enable AHCI mode but it's not working, maybe you got a solution? I would not disturb you.

I know nothing about Windows 8. A quick Google of "Windows 8 ahci" gave the following as a response. Is this the registry edit that you did?
