Multibeast doesn't add audio kexts

I did a full install of ML today.
I used the same DSDT which I had used for Lion.

I accidentally installed Voodoo and other audio drivers for 'without dsdt'..

After realising that I should have used 'with dsdt' I tried that option.

My Audio is Realtek ALC887 codec

I've deleted voodoo and 'ALC8xxHDA.kext' which were present.
Incidentally 'ALC8xxHDA.kext' was the kext working on my Lion install.. It worked.


After deleting these I tried to install audio kexts via Multibeast.

I'm observing the System/Library/Extensions folder and there is no change. I ordered them by date modified and there is no change.


I restarted and checked the console for any error messages. There is no message about any conflicting kexts..

Clean install. ALC8xxHDA.kext will not be present in a clean install.
Audio-IDs changed in ML; use dsdt/HDEF/layout-id: 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 (MultiBeast will edit dsdt)
MultiBeast 5.5 or newer - Select-Drivers & Bootloaders Drivers - Audio - Realtek ALC8xx - With DSDT √ ALC887 Legacy.

The ALC8xxHDA wasn't present in ML.. I manually installed it. It was present in the backup of Lion which I previously had. Audio worked on it, so I thought of installing that kext.


I have tried to use Multibeast latest version to apply "Audio - Realtek ALC8xx - With DSDT √ ALC887 Legacy."

But apparently it doesn't seem to add any kext in the Extensions folder and the audio too doesn't work.



I have just downloaded several apps for the past 7 hrs and I really don't want to perform a clean install now :think:

I check the DSDT using MaciASL and it is the same.

I used Multibeast 5.5 to add audio kext with DSDT.. still no audio..
I had the DSDT on the desktop while trying it.

I just installed ML again. Followed by Multibeast 5.5 with DSDT and installed the Atheros kext.

I rebooted and installed the Select-Drivers & Bootloaders Drivers - Audio - Realtek ALC8xx - With DSDT √ ALC887 Legacy.

Then I rebooted again. Still there isn't any audio.
 
The version of AppleHDA is 2.4.7fc2
