Multibeast 8 vs. Clover Configurator

you don't need a Third Party Trim Enabler

you can enable TRIM with OSX's Trimforce via the terminal i.e,

Launch Terminal and enter;

Code:
sudo trimforce enable

enter you password and agree the terms by selecting entering Y

To remove TRIM, do the following;

Code:
sudo trimforce disable

Yep tried that, and my hack won't boot afterwards...
I don't know why, it seems my hack doesn't want any trim enabled.

Just saw that trim was enabled...
I just don't get it.

after running multibeast on my main drive for the 3rd party sata option, it refused to boot.
Removed the kext, still won't boot.
Then I booted on my clone, and tried the "sudo trimforce enable" command in the terminal and then my clone also refused to boot...

So I did a clean installe of 10.11.1 on the main drive and then used the migration tool from my clone.
And now both main drive and clone boot fine with trim enabled...

This is weird cause I didn't do anything to enable trim after the clean install.

I used Multibeast to set up z97x ud5h gigabyte board, 32 gb ram, radeon 270x. Everything works EXCEPT return from sleep with video card. My fail safe card (nv 9800gt) works fine. I have played with clover configurator with no added success. Still could not get monitor to wake back up. I agree both are good to have in the toolbox. I prefer MultiBeast and Plist editor pro by a small margin. My 2 cents.
