MSI Z87 G45 Installing and Post-installing

Thanks for all the information

I was able to install OSX 10.9.2 on my config:

MSI Z87-G45
Intel 4770K
16GB DDR3
MSI Nvidia GTX780 DirectCU2
HDD 2TB -> Partition 1 256GB for OSX
SSD -> Windows 7
HDD 3TB -> MyFiles

I had only one problem after following every step in the guide.

I couldn't boot with Chimera it gave me a boot0 GPT or boot0 error.

I solved it copying the boot1h from the Chameleon Wizard to my installation USB, to the root.

Then boot the installer again and fire up a Terminal window and executing the next commands:

type diskutil list for identified your disk and partition were you installed of system M = "(i.e: disk0s2)"
type diskutil unmount disk0s2
type cd /
type dd if=boot1h of=/dev/disk0s2 bs=4096
reboot

After this I was able to boot into my installation without any trouble.
I have everything working even the Ethernet internet. Follow the link for that:

Once again thanks for the guide!

UPDATE:

HDMI Audio from the Geforce GTX 780 now working after installing HDMIAudio from here:

http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1499797

Now it's 100% fully working OSX 10.9.2 on my hardware.

That's great. I am also looking for the sound solution, although I use am the UE Boom the bluetooth sound bar instead

10.9.3 UPDATE

I updated to 10.9.3 and everything is working, I still need to test HDMI audio but I think is working.

1-Updated to 10.9.3 from the App Store

2-Reboot

3-Boot normally. Not working: Audio, HDMI audio from GTX780.

4-Run Multibeast with pretty much the same settings, I changed a couple things:

-the bootloader to white,
-definition to iMac14,2
-added USB3 driver

5-Run HDMI audio again.

6- Reboot

That's all, everything working as before.

I will upload my multibeast settings when I get home in case someone needs them.

Hi all,

I am currently trying to perform the pmpatch on Windows 8. My BIOS is currently updated to 1.7 (not sure if version may be the issue), and I am not getting power management patched successfully.

Has anyone experienced/similar/know how to resolve my issue?

EDIT: disregard this post, I kept trying the steps and eventually got it working

What were you doing wrong? I can't seem to get it...

Hi.
I followed the guide but installing directly the latest 10.9.3. I used Unibeast 3.0.1 and for post installation Multibeast 6.3.1 using settings provided in OP plus some modification because the version used in OP is old (checked the new USB 3.0 extension and all the HWMonitor plugins).
I also installed Nvidia's web drivers and CUDA drivers because having a 780 Ti stock OS X drivers bring only a blank screen; HDMI patch from the link you provided works fine, thanks.
Anyway my problem is that the MoBo jacks don't work at all... I tried different kexts but nothing seem to work.. In Multibeast i checked ALC1150 driver (latest Multibeast has only this).
Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance.

EDIT: attached my configuration for who is installing 10.9.3 with Multibeast 6.3.1
