ok, thank you very much, I succeeded in installing with config.plist. XCPM works too.

now, I configured it as Broadwell, everything goes, but XCMP is broken.

here you are my EFI for iMAC PRO 10.13.5 with Broadwell parameters.

I forgot to say:
if I enable EIST and add PMDrvr.kext, there is NO native power management: sysctl machdep.xcpm.mode shows 0 and CPU manages its load correctly (1.2 ghz up to 4.2, my OC frequency).

with EIST enabled, during boot, I see that some P states are sent, but not recognised... that's where I'm stuck, with Broadwell configuration.

any ideas?

this is my EFI folder for Mac Pro 10.13.4 supplemental update.

SMBIOS: Mac Pro 6,1; fakecpuid: 0x040674.

OC (up to 4.2 ghz) and XCPM work fine.

if I adopt the same fakecpuid for iMAC PRO, as I said before, native PM breaks.

Guys, take a look at this EFI. it seems it works with iMAC PRO 10.13.6 w/ OC and XCPM (Broadwell E fakecpuid).

Just one note: when I perform any system update, I have to change AptioMemoryFix.efi with OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi and "play" with 4G decoding in bios (enable / disable it, depending on the system stuck on ++++++++++++++ or not). I switch back to aptio when the update is completed.

these are my OC settings, under water cooled custom loop:
vccin: 1.9
core: 1.25
ring: 1.15
IO: 1
SA: 1
ring: auto
multiplier: 42
pch: 1.05 / 1.5
cpu core/ring: adaptive
ddr: 1.35
dram: 1-13-14-14-35
dram freq: 2666

and also:
4G encoding: enable
EIST: disable

geekbench: 5107 / 26774
cinebench: 1310
