gomugomu said:Here are the steps
- Booting from IBOOT Legacy
- Using MAC SL Retail DVD 10.6.3
- Update to 10.6.7
- Multibeast 3.4 - easy beast, rollback USB driver
- Reboot with IBOOT legacy again
- Installing Legacy kernel 10.7.0
- Boot on (arch=x86_64 -force64 -busratio=29 maxmem=4096 PciRootUID=1)
- Reboot again to HDD
Currently booting from harddrive succesfully on 32 B or 64 b.
No lagging, display Ok, can change resolution.
Processor still unknown, and Memory still listed as DDR2 800
I have the same results, Tadas. I tried following the steps given by gomugomu, but the mouse performance was still very laggy and video was stuck at 1024 x 768. I'm still getting MUCH better performance using the iBoot Legacy boot disc. I'm going to stick with this until someone is able to find something better. I would really like to be able to use the onboard audio and all 8 GB of memory, though.
