Ok. After patching Skylake _PRW 0x6d, the computer can enter sleep mode without problem but for somehow the system can't detect any sound.

You are not injecting a layout-id on HDEF.
It is required for AppleHDA.

I patched "Audio Layout 12" and "IRQ Fix" now it works.

What do you mean by injecting a layout-id on HDEF?
There is HDEF patch.txt in mironefolder. Do I need to open it by MaciASL then patch it ?

That is what "Audio Layout 12" does (injects layout-id=12 on HDEF).

What causes the system to lose Audio Layout 12 injection? I mean I already patched it earlier then did some stuff to fix sleep mode then boom the system can't recognize my sound !!

Your failure to apply the patch when you re-patched your DSDT from native.
