Mountain Lion: MultiBeast - No Audio/Solutions and Problem Reporting

Is there anyway that someone could take a look at my post and give me some advice.

If you want help, attach the files in requested in Post #1 to this thread as noted.

Toleda, I would be very appreciative if you could give me some assistance on solving my No Audio issue. I will attach screen shots of everything I think you need. If there is additional things, let me know. I have tried every kext combo, every Mac OS and read many posts on this issue.

My Motherboard is a GA-X58-UD3R Rev 1.6

GTX 260

External speakers. There is no input or output options showing under sound icon. I am using with DSDT and have mountain Lion installed. Thanks

Attach the dsdt. What version of MultiBeast? What audio selections did you make?

I went with DSDT -ALC 888 Legacy. Let me know if there is anything else you need. Thanks

Multibeast 5.5.5

Multibeast 5.5.5 is for 10.8.5, looks like you are running 10.8.1. An AppleHDA.kext newer than the installed OS X version will not work. Try MultiBeast 5.0.2, use 888 legacy. DSDT and IOReg are different. DSDT/HDEF/layout-id should be 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00

Thanks for the tips. I used now used Multibeast 5.0.2 and installed With DSDT ALC 888 Legacy. I then checked my DSDT/HDEF and my IOreg/HDEF and both showed 0x01,0x00, 0x00, 0x00. I will attach a screenshot of both. Still no audio input or output under sound. Why would Snow leopard work with Audio, but not Mountain Lion. Is that because my Old motherboard should really be used with Mountain Lion?
