Hello Everybody,
I've built my first Hackintosh with Mountain Lion and Windows 8 and everything works out fine so far.
I have two 120 GB SSDs for the two systems and one 2TB HDD for my data.
The problem is that ML can't find the 2TB HDD. At first it worked fine in ML and Win8, but after a restart I was only able to find the HDD in ML via the Disc-Utility (Win8 still shows it perfectly).

The problem occurred after two days of using the computer. I formated the 2 TB HDD then it worked again for three days, now the same problem again.

Does anyone have a clue whats wrong?

Thanks for your help!

The HDD is formated as an ExFat, is that the problem?

The disc utility says "mount point: not mounted".

Probably. OS X is known to have issues with exFAT.

But you might try disabling the Windows8 "fast start" feature. See my blog article on multi-boot (link in signature), section K.
