ML on Xeon e3 1245V2 only boots in Safe Mode

Hi!
I'm an absolute newbe here and to Hackintosh.. I just got my new machine. I installed 10.8.2 with using m*H*ck. After the installation the system only starts in save mode. Even from the m*H*ck USB-drive refuses to boot properly.
When trying to boot the machine, I see this:

Then it stops and won't go further.
Can anyone help me getting the machine work? My complete hardware should be listed in my signature.

EDIT: I just installed Chimera and fiddled around with Multibeast a little, installed FakeSMC, but still the same.

Did you install NullCPUPowerManagement.kext?

Yes, using KextBeast. But I'm not sure, if its really working. But there is this kext-file in the extensions-folder.
