Mavericks - i5 3450 - HD 7850

Hello

I want to install Mavericks on my desktop PC which has the below specs,

Intel i5 3450
MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr3
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
My keyboard is PS/2
USB mouse
Netgear N150 WiFi dongle

I installed Mavericks on my friend's HD Probook 4430s last weekend, so I do have a tiny bit of experience installing OS X on a non apple system. I also have a Mavericks Unibeast stick ready.

Major concerns ->
Will the HD 7850 work? This is a big concern as my HD2500 will not work with OS X (Correct me if I am wrong)
Will OS X recognize my keyboard.
Will my WiFi dongle work.

Kindly help me out you guys, I will be installing on Friday.

I read in a thread that 7850 is compatible after 10.8.3. Can I use the same kexts for Mavericks?
