Hi there,

I got into a really weird situation.

I have an Alienware-R7 built (i7-8700, Rx 580, 64G Memory(4*16G Crucial Ballistic 3000Mhz memory)

for whatever reason, I can't get 64G and XMP1(2933Mhz) to boot into Mac OS 10.15.4,
However, It will work when I have 32G with XMP1(2933Mhz) enabled, but not 64G.
Or It will also work when I have 64G without XMP1 enabled.

The error I'm getting is something related with "PrelinkedKernel" , I tried rebuild the cache based on some instruction I found online, but it didn't help. As shown:

I have my SMBIOS setup as Mac Mini 8.1

Please let me know if you need any other information, any help is appreciated.

Hello! Do you know for sure the actual xmp profile works? does it show up the higher speed in system info and it runs at higher speed? I've been stuck trying to make it work with no luck, in bios I activate xmp , in osx it only shows up to 2400mhz speed when I have a 3600mhz memory kit. thanks in advance! stay safe!

Mine shows 2400 in mojave, but no matter what I do it doesn't show the real speed of 3600
same results with all the XMP options in clover, XMP profile is activated in bios and it is showing the right speed.
