Out of the box, no.

You can get it to work again by using OCLP.

I followed the instructions to disable SIP, and rebooted, but I'm still getting a message from Patcher that it can't execute b/c SIP is enabled.

Can you please tell me what I've done wrong?

Should SecureBootModel be defined as Disabled?

Also, you have to verify the boot args, depending on how you are handling AMFI:

To disable AMFI:
boot-args | string | amfi=0x80

1. Using amfi=0x080 as a boot arg with csr-active-config=03080000
or
2. Using AMFIPass.kext with boot arg -amfipassbeta and csr-active-config=03080000
