The release version of macOS Sonoma (14.0) is now available from the Mac App Store. Anyone who has purchased Mac OS X or has macOS installed will be able to upgrade for no cost.

- Install macOS Sonoma Application size: 12.86 GB
- Updated bootloader required for installation.
- Wifi drivers updated
- Broadcom wifi devices no longer work natively in macOS Sonoma
- Workaround for Legacy devices available- OpenCore Legacy Patcher
- Updated (Sonoma) version of AirportItlwm required for Intel wifi devices
- Working Sonoma beta version (AirportItlwm-Sonoma-Preview05.zip) available here.
- Broadcom wifi devices no longer work natively in macOS Sonoma
- Graphics drivers updated
- Updated AppleALC, Lilu, VirtualSMC and WhateverGreen may be required.
- Updated (2.6.8+) version of BluetoolFixup required.
- New system definition (SMBIOS) requirements - see here
- Make sure the software you use has been updated with macOS Sonoma compatibility before updating.
