8GB RAM DDR 4 - 2.666 MHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 1GB

Can i install catalina or big sur?

Hi there.

No.

The problem is your Graphic Card. There is support up to High Sierra but after that no Nvidia drivers were released.

Because your CPU has no iGPU of its own, you don't have that option.

So, new GPU or stick to High Sierra.

The GTX 750 Ti is not supported on MacOS Mojave and later. It won't work with Catalina and Big Sur.

Replace your graphics card with a supported card, such as a RX 570 (highly inflated price most likely) or an older Nvidia card such as GT 740 (which probably can be found second hand at a reasonable price), and then you should be able to install and run Catalina or Big Sur on your system.
