macOS Native CPU/IGPU Power Management

@toleda Happy Christmas (if you celebrate)!

Quick question re Post#1 („not mandatory“). What would the best performance setting (albeit most power consuming) be? Overclock, set a fixed voltage, disable C states and SpeedShift etc. or Overclock, set an adaptive voltage and leave C-states and SpeedStep/Shift on in the UEFI?

Thanks.

For the life of me I just can't get this right (or the right recipe) on my build. Any others out there with an i9-9900K ?

Not looking to overclock, just want to it run at normal temps...

In Windows I hover around 29C when Idling... in Mojave it boots at about 40C, then slowly creeps put to 60-70C Idle, then will blast to about 100C after launching Chrome.

No native macOS core i- 9xxx series CPU PM.
So I've seen some posts about similar builds to mine with a i9-9900K, but not many of them mention much or anything about CPU heat issues.

Can you nudge me in the correct direction at least? What are my options if any right now?

Hi, thank you for this guide. I can not get it with i5 4670K (Haswell) & ASUS VI Impact.
With ssdtPRgen SSDT, the power mgt is working.

Hi. Thank's for your reply. I have included my EFI in my previous post.
