MacOS installer not showing up in OC

After several searches online I can not find the solution.
I try to do a clean install on my Asus TUF Z390 with i7 9700. It runs Mojave on Clover at the moment.

The MacOS install does not show in Opencore.

I followed the guide, multiple times from the start. I tried suggestions online.

Does anyone have any idea?

The MacOS install does not show in Opencore.

Did you change Misc > ScanPolicy from the default of 17760515 to 0 per the OpenCore Install Guide? It should be 0 for the USB installer to show up in the OpenCore bootloader.
