The macOS 10.15 Catalina Public Beta is now available. Apple wants as many users as possible to test macOS Catalina to provide constructive feedback before the official release later this fall. To participate in the free Public Beta, you must enroll in the Apple Beta Software Program using your Apple ID.

Enroll in the Free Apple Beta Software Program
https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/welcome

This site will allow discussion of this software and its installation for those who have enrolled. Therefore we’ve added new subforums for the beta where users can post for support: Catalina Desktop Support, Catalina Desktop Guides, Catalina Laptop Support and Catalina Laptop Guides.

If you're installing the Public Beta, let us know how it goes!

How does the public beta differ from the developers' 2nd beta, if at all?

They have the same build number so I would guess nothing other then the addition of the feedback tool!

black screen for me but it seems to be installed. GFX issue
Try adding -lilubetaall to your boot arguments...
